    Selling a house is supposed to be stressful. My real estate agent, Brian Battaglia, made the complete experience easy, carefree, and uncomplicated. Brian wallked us through every aspect of our sale. He reviewed comps with us to decide on a listing price, he gave us simple interior decorating tips to make the house more buyer friendly and beautiful property photos. He accommodated our schedule for showings, always calling ahead and always leaving the house secure with alarm and locks. His negotiating experience was extremely helpful as we had two buyers that made simultaneous offers. Brian then guided us to the right buyer at the right price.     I would highly recommend Brian as a Realtor. After my wife and I moved to Florida, we signed a 1 year lease on an apartment to give us time to find the right home. We worked with multiple Realtor's and none of them were able to regularly show us homes within our criteria. We met Brian at an open house and told him what we were looking for (which changed as time went on) and we gave him a shot. Brian quickly was able to determine our likes and dislikes by how we reacted to places and helped us narrow down our search significantly. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of home ownership and was able to quickly determine where, and how much money would need to be spent on top of the cost of the house to get it to where we wanted, which further helped to narrow things down. Once we found our house he was great in the process of putting in the offer, counteroffers, and the whole negotiation process. He stuck with us all the way through the close of home. I have already recommended him to other friends looking to purchase in the area and will continue to do so.
