Alan Donath

Alan has lived in the South Florida area since 1976, and in Boca Raton since 1992. He resides in the Bay Pointe Village in Broken Sound.
Previously, Alan was the president of a division of Development Corporation of America(DCA) and became the president and CEO of the division which was spun off as a separate public company in 1982. The company was sold to Lennar Corp.(LEN) in 1988 and Alan continued with the company until 1992 when he moved to Boca Raton.
Alan’s own search for a home convinced him that the industry was lacking professionalism, knowledge, and experience and that there was an excellent opportunity to enter into the residential real estate industry. His primary goal during and after a transaction is to be respected by the clients he represents and his tremendous growth in referrals is proof that he has earned this respect.
